The Asia-Pacific (APAC) region is set to overtake North America this
year as the largest market for digital advertising, according to the
latest Strategy Analytics forecast cited by Mediatel.

APAC has plenty of room to grow. Ad spend per capita
still remains significantly lower than in the West. Spending per person
in APAC is around $15, compared with $165 in the US and $95 in Western
Europe.
