We looked at the five award shows with the most watched and talked about
 red carpets — the Oscars, the Grammys, the Screen Actor Guild Awards, 
the Golden Globes, and the People's Choice Awards — from the past three 
years and found out what label every female celebrity wore to the event.
 Looking at the past three years and the resulting sales, it appears that
 red carpet appearances don't have an appreciable effect on designers' 
revenue. The most difficult thing about translating this type of success
 into bigger sales is that oftentimes celebrities' red carpet dresses 
are one-offs or cost such an exorbitant amount of money that there may 
as well only be one in existence.
